Key Food Manager Responsibilities:
· Provide exceptional customer service
· Follows proper food safety and sanitation protocols
· Enforces consistent standards following the recipe & procedure book
· Facilitates kitchen operations to ensure prompt & efficient food service
· Assist in essential functions of food service crew members
· Places food orders based on current inventory
· Determines and adjusts build-to pars for each prep item
· Enforces accountability regarding crew member performance
· Trains new food service crew members
· Promote & discuss our Pride Star App
· Perform other duties as requested
· Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit store
Minimum Qualifications:
· Minimum 1 year experience management in the food service industry
· Strong understanding of food safety & sanitation (ServSafe recommended)
· Strong understanding of standard food service equipment
· Strong communication skills via verbal and written instruction
· Positive and professional attitude
· Strong time management Skills
· Ability to resolve conflict & provide fast feedback
· Ability to operate a computerized P.O.S. system
· Ability to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the entire workday
o Lift up to 15-30 pounds
· Understanding of basic math
· Read & Speak English
· Reliable Transportation
· Provide proper work authorization identification
