Key Store Manager Responsibilities:

· Provide exceptional customer service

· Enforces consistent standards adhering to company policies

· Oversee and coordinate with Food Service Manager to ensure prompt & efficient food service

· Places all orders based on current inventory

· Determines and adjusts pars based on inventory movement

· Enforces accountability regarding all staff member’s performance

· Train all new cashiers, food service staff, and management

· Complete daily inventory for both cigarettes and lottery

· Complete money reconciliation daily

· Prepare money deposits for armored car pickup

· Complete daily gas surveys

· Promote & discuss our Pride Star App

· Maintain a safe, clean, well-lit store

· Perform other duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications:

· Minimum 1 year experience management in retail or similar

· Strong communication skills via verbal and written instruction

· Positive and professional attitude

· Strong Time Management skills

· Ability to resolve conflict & provide fast feedback

· Basic understanding of Google Spreadsheets & Microsoft word

· Basic understanding of food safety & sanitation

· ServSafe Certification

· Basic understanding of standard food service equipment

· Ability to operate a computerized P.O.S. system

· Ability to bend, stand, stoop, reach, push, lift, and walk the entire workday

o Lift up to 15-30 pounds

· Understanding of basic math

· Read & Speak English

· Reliable Transportation

o You must be able to drive to compete a gas survey daily

· Provide proper work authorization identification
